First Canadian Barter Exchange (FCBE) is committed to growth and expansion while, at the same time, maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.

FCBE believes that in today's high-tech barter environment, there is no substitute for old-fashioned customer service. FCBE members receive individual attention from a personal trade broker who helps them make barter sales and keeps them up-to-date on available products and services. FCBE appreciates customer feedback and a majority of new members are signed up as a result of members' requests and referrals.

FCBE publishes a members' directory, weekly "hot sheet" and montly newsletter. The later two introduce new members and advertise available goods & services. In addition, members enjoy numerous events sponsored by FCBE, including trade shows, seminars and breakfast meetings, along with various other networking functions.

In addition to a strong base of members in the Greater Vancouver area, FCBE has alliances with over 100 other barter exchanges throughout North America, giving members access to over 50,000 trading partners. This allows members to spend barter dollars abroad, access a wider variety of products, and market themselves internationally.

Technology has become an integral part of the barter industry and FCBE is using the latest technology to offer members additional trading opportunities both locally and internationally.
