Barter First, along with The Art Party, BizFirst Social Meetup and Dudoc, presented Food for Our Urban Future on January 25th, 2018. Barter members, as well as members of the business community at large, enjoyed a wonderful evening of networking.
Dudoc is a centre for European innovation and provided the space for the evening, while Sensational Sound provided DJ services and Roger Killen acted as MC.
Inspired cuisine consisted of chocolate power balls, raspberry and chocolate mousse, and oat squares supplied by Eternal Abundance, organic bananas from Spud Organic Grocery and appetizers from Friendship Catering. The beverage provider was Sea Cider, an organic orchard and ciderhouse on Vancouver Island.
